Description

This unit permits observation of a jet through a transparent cylinder.
A system of balance allows to measure the strength exercised on the test surface
The bench comes with weights for balancing the scales during the impact tests of the jet
All materials (in contact with water used are stainless steel (stainless steel, PVC ..)

Teaching suggested applications*

Comparison of the force of a jet on a hemispheric surface, a plane surface, an  inclined surface at 45° or a conical surface (90°)
Influence of nozzle diameter
Study of the relationship between the water flow (impact speed) and the force exercised on the surface
